OPCU Overview of activities, 2015

  1. Continue support OP countries to implement their national FP CIPs
  • Conduct visits to selected countries with donors to identify obstacles and solutions to CIP implementation and governments commitments
  • Assist countries to identify sources of funding through FP2020 and other donors not in the Partnership.
  1. Support Senegal and Burkina Faso to revise their national FP CIPs that are ending in 2015
  2. Collaborate with regional partners and support CSOs engagement
  • Liaise with networks advocating for FP at country-and/or regional-level.
  • Conduct a regional consultation with civil society in collaboration with CS4FP project
  1. Facilitate sharing and exchange between OP countries.
  • Maintain Partnership website and explore other digital platforms
  • Support countries to hold national CIP reviews and have selected other OP countries to participate
  • Launch Exchange and Learning Funds (ELF)
  1. Cultivate and reinforce collaborations within the Partnership and in the region
  • Organize annual donor’s meeting mid-2015
  • Organize a technical workshop in collaboration with stakeholders in the region
  • Hold annual Partnership meeting (likely October 2015)
  1. Track progress on CIP implementation and FP2020 commitments in collaboration with Track20
  • Conduct regional M&E workshop with Track20, WAHO, and AgirPF
  • Publish updates on countries’ progress on website
  1. Work with entire Partnership to articulate a goal post-2015
