People
To achieve its objectives, the Ouagadougou Partnership is constituted of two entities: the Advisory Board and the Ouagadougou Partnership Coordination Unit (OPCU), which are responsible for the management of the Partnership by mutual agreement. The Advisory Board is responsible for advising the OP’s governing instances and the OPCU is responsible for coordinating the Partnership’s actions.

Team
The Ouagadougou Partnership Coordination Unit (UPCO) was created in 2012 to coordinate the Partnership’s actions and relations between donors and countries in order to achieve its objectives. Based in Dakar, UPCO’s missions are to facilitate the partnership process, assist countries in completing the planning process and implementing action plans, monitor progress against targets, and share information.
Advisors
The Advisory Board will enable stakeholders to more effectively express their views, identify priorities, and propose strategies for achieving the partnership’s goals. It is intended to advise the Ouagadougou Partnership Coordination Unit and partnership members.
